A. Duie Pyle’s Diesel Training Apprentice Program is designed to prepare recent
graduates of a diesel technology program for a successful career in fleet maintenance.

About the program
A one-year apprenticeship program combining structured classroom learning with hands-on, in-shop training alongside experienced technicians, with daily, real-world training on truck and trailer repair and diagnostics.
13 technical training courses covering key truck and trailer systems, with a strong focus on hands-on learning.
Quarterly pay raises throughout the apprenticeship as you build your skills and experience.
Up to $15,000 in tuition reimbursement, or the option to exchange one $5,000 reimbursement payment for a Matco toolset valued at $12,000+.
Annual tool allowances, continued technical training, Fleet Tech Support and opportunities for advancement beyond the apprenticeship.

Qualifications:
We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong interest in building a career in diesel technology and fleet maintenance. Qualified candidates should be recent graduates of a diesel technology program with a desire to develop their skills through hands-on training and technical education. Candidates should be willing to learn, work in a fast-paced environment and complete the full one-year apprenticeship program.
