The Leadership Development Program is a rotational program designed to prepare future leaders for a successful career in transportation.
Six month program where you learn the ins-and-outs of the industry and familiarize yourself with our operations. Gain experience, from the ground up, through assignments in different departments at multiple locations.
Start on the dock, where you learn about day-to-day operations and the basics of moving freight.
Gain valuable insights into all aspects of our Pickup & Delivery (P&D) operation, by spending time on the road with our drivers and by learning about dispatch.
Immerse yourself in the corporate workplace, spending time in various departments and connecting with the senior leadership team.
Receive personalized coaching and expert guidance from our current leaders, and participate in training events along the way.

Qualifications:
We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong desire to excel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates must have previous leadership experience or training, or a college degree (open to all majors). Candidates must be willing to work varying hours on different shifts and travel to the West Chester, PA corporate office during the program. Upon completion of the program, candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere within the A. Duie Pyle network.
